+SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER

We’re hiring a Social Media Manager in the Greensboro, NC area who will facilitate strategic collaboration within social media channels for multiple brands and plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing strategies for the purpose of increasing brand awareness, expanding social media audiences, encouraging engagement, and increasing revenue.


The Social Media Manager will primarily be in charge of maintaining our company’s online network with a focus on increasing website traffic and sales while facilitating customer engagement and brand awareness. If you are a social media expert who frequently uses platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, Google+, Pinterest, and others, we’re looking for you.


REQUIRED SKILLS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Content Creation
    Photography and videography skills required. Create consistent content in form of photos, videos, and page posts for multiple social media platforms.
  2. Funnel Marketing
    Guide website and sales traffic through social media using curated content designed to attract followers and convert leads. Plan and run campaigns that support lead generation and customer engagement.
  3. Community Management
    Be the voice of our brands by interacting with customers and generating engagement in a friendly and approachable tone. Respond to and moderate comments on social media pages and deal with spammers and negativity in a timely and professional manner.
  4. Marketing Analysis
    Consistently monitor marketing data in order to draw insights that allow future goals and actions to be set. Experience with data analytics tools and the ability to strategize based on data are a must.
  5. Industry Awareness
    Keep up to date on the latest industry and social media changes and trends and develop actionable recommendations based on those trends.
  6. Customer Service
    Frequently interact with customers via social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, etc. Address all customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.


+MEDIA BUYER

We are accepting applications for a Media Buyer in the Greensboro, NC area. The purpose of this position is to head our marketing campaigns and channel acquisition in order to increase revenue, support company growth, and achieve higher brand awareness. Our ideal candidate is experienced in helping online retail brands become successful through direct marketing campaigns. The Media Buyer will be responsible for managing marketing campaigns and traffic sources, acquiring new media channels, and producing effective marketing strategies that utilize new channels to facilitate growth.


REQUIRED SKILLS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Media Buying
    Identify and acquire new media channels at performance costs through Facebook, Google, and ad networks. Determine and plan best practices for new channels and monitor the use of existing channels. Strategize based on company goals for CPA, CPC, CPL, CPM, and CPS.
  2. Branding
    Develop a thorough understanding of our company’s brands and create effective strategies that will expand brand recognition and reach through channel acquisition and direct marketing campaigns.
  3. Strategic Planning
    Develop strategies based on research and data analysis in order to optimize campaigns and facilitate company growth. Use research to identify trends and new outlets for further expansion.
  4. Direct Response Marketing
    Create and manage direct marketing campaigns via various media channels. Utilize advertisements, email marketing, and social media marketing campaigns.
  5. Customer Cultivation
    Streamline customer acquisition and create cost effective strategies for increasing customer engagement, maximizing retention, and driving valuable sales leads.
  6. Marketing Campaign Management
    Work with a team of advertisers to develop and manage performance-based marketing campaigns using social media, email marketing, and more.



+PHOTOGRAPHER/GRAPHIC DESIGNER

We are currently seeking a professional Photographer with Graphic Design experience in the Greensboro, NC area. The primary duties of the Photographer/Graphic Designer will be producing professional-quality photographs of our company products for publication on our website, as well as developing images and other content for our website and marketing campaigns. Our ideal candidate has experience in photography and graphic design in a marketing setting.


REQUIRED SKILLS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Photography skills are a must. Produce professional-quality photos of products for publication on our websites, social media pages, newsletters, and advertising channels. Videography skills are a plus.
  2. Produce additional content for newsletters, web pages, advertisements, etc. as required.
  3. Must be organized and capable of working on multiple projects at once, quickly and efficiently with little supervision.
  4. Collaborate with copywriters, advertisers, and project managers to brainstorm and produce content as needed.
  5. Must be able to adhere to strict deadlines.
